Reußenköge – GP JOULE appoints Udo Hadamik as managing director, thereby reinforcing its existing three-member management team, which is made up of managing partners Heinrich Gärtner and Ove Petersen – the co-founders of GP JOULE – together with André Hirsch. As CFO, 51-year-old businessman Hadamik takes over responsibility for the area of corporate finance from André Hirsch, who as CIO will now seek to advance and expand the areas of investment, shareholdings and project finance. The two founders of the company will continue in their existing management positions: Ove Petersen as CEO and Heinrich Gärtner as CTO.
“GP JOULE has developed very dynamically in recent year and the future holds a lot more potential for us. By dividing up management responsibilities further, we’ll be able to create more opportunities for our globally operating company, continue to expand our market position and in particular ensure stable development in terms of our ongoing business operations,” explains Ove Petersen. “In this area, Udo Hadamik is able to contribute longstanding technical and management expertise as well as the relevant industry know-how in the area of renewable energies and capital assets.”
As CFO with a focus on controlling and accounting, Udo Hadamik will be responsible for the reorganisation of the financial division – a process that was successfully initiated when he joined the company on 1 February of this year.
Udo Hadamik has held several managing director positions in the course of his career. In addition to many years as head of finance at Vestas Wind Systems A/S and as CFO of the Business Unit Vestas Central Europe, he was most recently divisional director with worldwide printing press manufacturer Koenig & Bauer AG.
