Reußenköge – GP JOULE SERVICE, a company division of the GP JOULE Group, launches into the new year with a Quality Management System certified by the TÜV Rheinland certification institute according to DIN ISO 9001:2015. The processes introduced for assuring and raising quality with regard to the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems as well as for the operation of wind energy plants have thus been certifiably proved to be effective.
The specific processes established by GP JOULE SERVICE relating to monitoring, visualising, coordinating and processing with regard to the business and technical operation and maintenance of the systems have now been awarded with the well-known seal of quality as well as the reporting, on-site management and testing processes.
Helge Feddersen, managing director at GP JOULE SERVICE, explains the motivation behind seeking this voluntary certification: “We underwent this external certification process in order to be able to work to the utmost satisfaction of our customers and to prepare ourselves for the challenges of the future. The standardised processes allow us to achieve our quality, digitalisation and productivity objectives to a higher degree. These objectives are further safeguarded by an on-going improvement process. This certification helps us to provide our existing and new customers with added value regarding the quality and profitability of their projects and they can be assured that we will remain the competent and reliable partner for them in the future, too.”
