Reußenköge, 15. April 2016. Dr. Fabian Sösemann will head the newly created “Energy Supply” division at GP JOULE GmbH with immediate effect. His main area of focus will be on advancing modern products and solutions for business customers, local communities and private households to enable them to use renewable energies regionally, directly and intelligently. In this way all relevant sectors – electricity, heat and mobility – can be linked up effectively.
“As an acknowledged expert in the fast-growing energy industry, Dr. Sösemann suits our team perfectly”, states GP JOULE founder and managing director Ove Petersen. “He is an absolute expert for all aspects of customer-oriented energy distribution and is intimately acquainted with developing new business models. As a legal expert he is also a specialist for all matters concerning energy industry law.”
Up until now Dr. Fabian Sösemann was responsible for directly marketing EEG electricity (EEG = German Renewable Energies Act) at Grundgrün Energie GmbH. His responsibilities included designing products and processes concerning energy industry law as well as developing contracts with regard to marketing renewable energies.
Dr. Fabian Sösemann was also a designing member in the Federal Ministry of Economics task force which developed a model of regional guarantees of origin for directly marketed electricity. Prior to this he worked at the Becker Büttner Held law firm in Berlin, which specialises in energy-related topics.
