GP JOULE EPC Ireland has officially launched its new Irish headquarters in Leixlip, Co. Kildare, marking a major milestone in the company's commitment to supporting Ireland's renewable energy transition.
The official opening ceremony was attended by James Lawless TD, Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, who addressed guests and formally opened the office by cutting the ribbon. The event on Thursday, 2 July 2026, brought together industry stakeholders, clients, local representatives, and business partners to celebrate GP JOULE's expanding presence in Ireland and its ambitious plans for growth.
As the newest addition to the wider GP JOULE Group, GP JOULE EPC Ireland specialises in the delivery of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services for utility-scale solar photovoltaic and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. The launch also provided an opportunity for GP JOULE EPC Ireland to outline its growth plans. The company aims to deliver up to 150MW of renewable energy projects in Ireland over the next year and plans to triple its Irish workforce to 15 employees, further strengthening its local engineering, project management, procurement and construction capabilities.
