More energy yield, more for the region, more energy transition
GP JOULE is at WindEnergy 2024 to demonstrate how energy projects with 100% renewable energies create added value
Reußenköge/Hamburg, 18 September 2024
For more than 15 years, GP JOULE has been developing, building and operating sustainable energy projects with tangible benefits. At WindEnergy 2024 in Hamburg, the integrated energy supplier will demonstrate how developers, operators, companies, landowners, and local communities can benefit from these projects. From 24 to 27 September, GP JOULE will showcase products and services related to wind and solar parks, heat networks, energy storage, hydrogen, and e-mobility solutions – all with 100% renewable energies.
At Stand 323 in Hall A4, developers, operators, investors, and landowners will find the perfect partner and the right products and services for their renewable energy projects: from consultancy to construction, operation, and maintenance. Municipalities and companies will also receive the advice they need from GP JOULE to not only achieve their sustainability goals but also to create added value for local residents and businesses with sustainable energy solutions.
"The energy generated in wind and solar parks must benefit local communities," says Ove Petersen, co-founder and CEO of GP JOULE. "That's why GP JOULE integrates renewable energy projects with heat networks, storage, hydrogen, and e-mobility solutions, creating tangible benefits for local people and businesses. This provides the best rationale for approving wind energy projects and expanding renewables."
Optimal use of renewable energies
To use limited grid capacities efficiently, GP JOULE has been integrating solar projects into existing wind farms since 2009. Combined wind and solar farms can make the most of grid connection capacities at different times and increase land-use efficiency. Additionally, the company is boosting the productivity and longevity of wind turbines with new technologies such as AI-based monitoring.
However, the key to the success of the energy transition lies in using and storing energy where it is generated, says Ove Petersen: "This requires incentives for industry and commerce to consume electricity when there is a lot available. We must also store energy and make it usable for other sectors using heating networks, hydrogen, and e-mobility solutions."
At WindEnergy, GP JOULE will be demonstrating how this can be achieved using the examples of projects that have been successfully implemented.
Saving costs with renewable energies
Business owners can visualise the concrete cost savings associated with the switch to renewable energies directly in the Energy Advisor. Here, GP JOULE shows how companies can benefit from the optimal interplay of energy generation, storage and utilisation
Visitors to the GP JOULE stand will also learn everything about energy projects that have already been implemented and the products and services for the energy transition.
